The Chairman’s Den (Roof top) – 45 – 60 PAX:
This has a spectacular panoramic view of the City and Is Ideal for Filming/or Photo Shoot, Cocktail Parties, Exclusive Wedding Receptions, Graduation or Birthday Parties & Fundraising Galas.

Dance Studio – 50 PAX:           
The home to the best dancers and acrobats artists in East Africa is now opening its doors to you. The Studio is fully equipped and suitable for Dance Classes, Theatre Rehearsals, Workshops, Conferences, Auditions, Yoga and Aerobics. It boasts of mirrors, locker room and showers.

The Foyer – 50 PAX:
The Foyer has an intimate setting, beautiful architecture and comes with two bars. It is quite apt for Cocktails, Exhibitions, Receptions and other Corporate Functions.

Residential – 6 Pax:
The 3 bed roomed apartment can house six occupants (2 per room), is quite spacious and is elegantly furnished with a living room area, kitchen, study, 2 bathrooms and a balcony
